how long is the course?

The entire course is two hours, consisting of seven modules, including a bonus faith integration module. This is a self-paced, online course, and I recommend slowing down instead of rushing through it, so that you can take some time to reflect on what you hear. The course includes downloadable pdfs to help promote further reflection.
